What does full management include?
Rent collection through the online portal, bills on autopay, monthly owner statements, tenant onboarding, delinquency follow-up, and maintenance coordination. One flat fee, everything included — no onboarding fee, nothing hidden.
How do tenants pay rent?
Through our online portal — bank transfer with no fee, credit or debit card, or even cash deposits at a convenience store. Tenants can also split rent into installments while you still receive full payment on the first.
What size properties do you manage?
Everything from a single unit to large multifamily buildings. Multifamily is our specialty.
How much do you charge?
One simple management fee based on the property — Adam covers exact numbers on a quick call, since every building is different. No onboarding fee, no fee stacking.
Will I lose visibility into my property?
The opposite — you gain it. Monthly statements, real-time rent tracking, and big decisions stay yours. We take the busywork, you keep control.
